We are situated on the South side of the City of Edinburgh, just over a mile from Princes Street, on the main A701, only 3 miles from the Straiton Junction exit of the Edinburgh City By-Pass.

Located on an excellent bus route we have buses passing the Guest House every few minutes. The bus stop is located about 20 yards from the Guest House. A number 3, 29, 31, 37 or 37a bus will take you to Princes Street which is regarded as the City Centre and only a mile from the Guest House. The bus fare is currently £1.20 and the exact change is required as no change is given by the bus driver. Day tickets are available from the bus driver and cost £3.00, this option may prove more cost effective for you if you intend to use several buses in one day.
