We have a variety of bedrooms which include single, twin/double/small family, standard double and large family. Most of the rooms have their own en-suite shower and toilet and all rooms have their own wash basin. All the rooms are comfortably furnished and include a flat screen digital T.V., and a hospitality tray offering tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms benefit from secondary glazing and have adjustable central heating.

Check in at the Airlie bed & breakfast is from 11.30am until 8pm, although we may accommodate guests, by prior arrangement, outwith these times, so please ask. On arrival you will receive a set of keys allowing you access to the Guest House and your room at any time during your stay. A full cooked breakfast is included in the price and served in the Breakfast Room between 8am and 9am daily. If you would like to view a copy of our menu we will be happy to email it to you. Check out on your last day with us is 10am.

Available on request for our Guests’ use is an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, alarm clock and travel plug. A computer with broadband internet access is free to use between 8am and 10pm daily. For those guests with their own laptop we also have free WiFi in the Guest House. While you are staying with us we hope you will enjoy perusing our small library which offers a selection of Scottish themed books.

For anyone wanting to play Golf during their visit to Edinburgh, Peter, who is a keen Golfer, will be only too pleased to help with any information you may require and he can also recommend Courses to play.
